Application and deadlines
Applications are open. Application Deadline: July 1st, 2024.
Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee in multiple rounds of admission.
Interested candidates should duly complete and submit the on-line application form and the requested documents, no later July, 1st 2024. Only complete applications will be considered during the candidate selection process.
Applicants requesting WIPO’s sponsorship should submit their application via “WIPO Scholarship registration”, following the instructions provided at the following address : http://www.wipo.int/academy/en/courses/academic_institutions. They should not submit their application through the process described below, unless they wish to concur for a full-paying position if unable to obtain a scholarship from WIPO.

To apply as a self-paying participant you should:

- Motivation Letter (no word limit)
- Curriculum Vitae
- Scan of Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Copy of you passport (or Identity Card for Italian candidates)
- Transcripts or records of examination results
- English language Certificate (TOEFL, IELTS).
Degree and transcripts can be in English, French, Italian, or Spanish language.
The Selection Committee will evaluate applications in multiple rounds of admission, in order to provide a prompt response to all applicants and, at the same time, speed-up the enrolment process for early bird, well-qualified prospective participants.
