Exams and certification
The LL.M. in Intellectual Property is delivered as a First Level Master according to the Italian Ministerial Decree no. 509 of 1999.
It carries 60 ECTS credits, equivalent to the workload of a fulltime student during one academic year.
Credits will be earned by passing exams and by submitting timely a research paper.
In the WIPO distance learning phase, each module will end with an exam.
During the UNITO Distance Learning, participants are required to complete several assignments which count towards participation requirements.
During the residential phase two written exams will be held.
To complete the program, participants will be required to produce an original Research Paper. This paper is evaluated by an ad-hoc Commission appointed by the Scientific Committee of the LL.M.
A diploma bearing the seals of the partner institutions will be granted to participants who successfully complete the program.
